Adam Teller, Professor of History and Judaic Studies, Brown University, jointly wins the inaugural Rachel Feldhay Brenner and Anna M. Cienciala Award in Polish-Jewish Studies from The Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences of America (PIASA) for his book entitled "Rescue the Surviving Souls: The Great Jewish Refugee Crisis of the Seventeenth Century" (Princeton University Press, 2020).  A  Hebrew translation of the book will be published by the Magnes Press of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, in 2023.
